At Atlantic Academy, pupil premium funding is used to support the progress of eligible individuals. If you think you may qualify for free school meals, please use the eligibility checker on the School Gateway app for Atlantic Academy, or access content relevant to you child on their website.

Catch up premium
The literacy and numeracy catch-up premium gives state-funded schools, including special schools and alternative provision settings, additional funding to support year 7 pupils who did not achieve the expected standard in reading or maths at the end of key stage 2.

As a new academy, the first data attributed to the current school will be the students who take exams in the summer of 2020. Due to C19, school performance tables will not be published for the 2020 exam period. Future information on exam performance can be found as published by the DfE by following this link.
Performance tables for students who took exams in the summer of 2019, are published by the DfE and can be accessed by following this link. This site relates to Route 39 entries.
ICT facilities will be available on site, when needed for learning. The chromebooks have been refurbished, and are allocated to each faculty within the Academy for their use.
We have recently installed a computing suite on site, allowing students to develop skills and knowledge on both the google and Microsoft platforms. We are also exploring the different technical options to support our music curriculum.
